Jordain received her JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law as well as a Bachelors in Human Resources. Her experience includes her role as Legal Counsel and Compliance Director at a national construction company. There, she created and implemented an outbound and inbound contract processing system, managed all outside litigation, and became the legal liaison for HR regulatory concerns as well as M&A.

At Tavola Group, serving as the Director of Recruiting Services, Jordain excels in consulting business leaders on various aspects of human resources, recruiting, and process implementations. Her advisory expertise extends to legal, compliance, and risk mitigation for diverse industries, including Power & Utilities, Manufacturing, Construction, Healthcare, and Consumer Products.

Jordain’s extensive experience in the construction industry, her comprehensive understanding of legal and risk management, as well as her roles at both small-medium enterprises and Fortune 500 companies, positions her as a formidable force in the recruiting and advisory space.

Jordain loves spending time with her husband and 4 children, traveling with them and trying out new cuisines. When she has the chance, she loves getting to the mountains to hike and ski.
